Why This Platform Exists

I am Eliyas Tesfaye — a Legal Officer at the Addis Ababa Airport branch of the Ethiopian Customs Commission and an LLB graduate preparing for the bar exam. Every day I work with the practical realities of customs procedures, import taxation, and trade regulation.

I built this platform because I saw how many Ethiopian importers, exporters, investors, and law students struggle to find and understand the laws that govern their work. Not because the law is too complex — but because nobody organized it in plain language for them.

Everything here is free. The law library, the articles, the practice questions — all free, no account needed.
