I am Eliyas Tesfaye — an Ethiopian legal professional, educator, and author based in Addis Ababa. I work as a Legal Officer at the Addis Ababa Airport branch of the Ethiopian Customs Commission, where I deal daily with the practical realities of Ethiopian trade law, customs procedures, and business regulation.
I created this platform with one goal: to make Ethiopian business law accessible to every entrepreneur, importer, investor, and professional who needs to understand it — in plain language, not legal jargon.
